Podere gli Scassi
Since 1985, our olive farm (they call it “Podere” down here), rewards us with joy and purposeful work. We live on the hills, in the province of Pistoia in northern Tuscany. Thanks to our respect for nature and to a continuous improvement of our skills, the cultivation fo our olives produces an award winning Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the highest quality. Our 10 hectare olive grove is located entirely on terraces, making it particularly workintensive.
