A superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means.
We give special attention to the ideal time of harvest, to nature (not using any chemical fertilizers nor herbicides) and to the healthiness of the fruits. In order to preserve the high content of vitamins and antioxidants of our oil, we cold press the fruits daily mechanically, we filter it and store it in airtight steel containers.
More than 30 years of experience and steady improvement stand behind our product. Today, Podere gli Scassi, is among the top producers of extra virgin olive oil. We produce and process Leccino, Frantoio and Moraiolo olives into a tasteful extra virgin olive oil. Our award-winning olive oil stands for:
